The St. Helena City Council decided on a quartet instead of a trio at its meeting Tuesday when it voted to approve a fourth jewelry store on Main Street. The vote was 3 to 1 to support the Planning Commission recommendation to grant a use permit to Lydia Wilson to do business as Marlowe & Company Jewelers.
