At the recent World Jewellery Confederation 2004 held in Bangkok, Thailand, where some 150 members of the jewelry, precious metals and gemstones industries from 26 countries discussed High Pressure-High Temperature (HPHT) diamond treatments, synthetic diamonds, corundum and pearl treatments, the Kimberley Process and Best Practice Principles over a period of three days, Gaetano Cavalieri was elected as President for a third term.
