SMALL-scale gemstone miners have complained over the stiff conditions set by local banks in accessing 30 million Euros released by the European Union (EU) to improve the industry.
Sub-Sahara gemstone exchange Chairman, Phesto Musonda said in an interview in Ndola yesterday that no miner had accessed the funding from the 30 million euros which was released two years ago.
