.The Russian diamond producer ALROSA obtained a license for exploring diamond deposits in the Irkutsk region of Russia. Yesterday, the corresponding documents were signed by Natural Resources Minister Pyotr Sadovnik and ALROSA President Vladimir Kalitin, sources in the Natural Resources Ministry told RBC.
