Customers complain that McDonald's burgers don't match the ads

I guess they missed my favorite scene from the movie Falling Down.

Well after searching for ever on the net for an email adress to make a complaint to McDonald's I never found one( maybe there is one but they're sure making it hard for us consumer to find it)
I wish I could let them know my experience in their restaurant this evening with the family.
I hadn't been to a McDonald's in a long time, and I ordered my favorite The BIG MAC!!! what a horror it has become.... like the article I just reas posted here, it was dry, the meat paties thin as paper, there was no pickel, and worst of all the sauce that makes a Big Mack what it use to be was none existant except for a touch of it, in middle, the size of a quarter........
I would love so much to tell them what I think and for sure fom now on I will be going to Wendy's with the family.........
This McDonald's is in Quebec, Canada.......In St. Jean sur Richelieu on Blvd Siminair to be exact, please if someone knows the web adress to make an offical complaint please forward it to me for I need to let them know what I think of their product and of course all my friends and famliy will know of my experience........

Voila! I was about to think that I was dumb, because for nearly 2 hours I have been searching for an address to convey my complaints about mcDonald's to someone who may concern . But impossible! This means they don't want to progress. They will go on serving rubbish until everyone recognizes! It's a pitty that they still work and earn! I was poisoned ( on 01/10/2004)after having fried brocoli which is served with the sour, rotten sauce...And I can't let them know! No need to talk to a deaf maybe...It's really a pitty. Please let me know the address if you can learn.
