Crown Prince Frederik and Ms Donaldson were among guests at the ceremony at St Mark's in Darling Point, who were later taken by boat on a sun-drenched Sydney Harbour to the reception at an exclusive Rose Bay Restaurant.
It was the fifth wedding since January attended by the rumoured expected soon-to-be royal couple.
At one of those weddings, for one of the Crown Prince's close friends, Ms Donaldson was pictured with what seemed to be a large diamond engagement ring.
But that ring was not on her finger during today's wedding ceremony and celebrations.
