DiamondWorks Ltd. 3rd quarter earnings announcement.
DiamondWorks Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended August 31, 2002. The substantial improvement of results over comparative periods reflects the consolidation of the financial results of its recently acquired subsidiary Otterbea International (Proprietary) Limited ("Otterbea"). The Company owns 80.1% of Otterbea. All figures are stated in US dollars.
